1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 207pub website, mobile interface, applications, and all gaming services operated at 207pub.cam.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you upon completing the 207pub registration process.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in your 207pub account, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 207pub Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you expressly agree to these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026, and supersede all prior versions. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. 3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain a 207pub account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not acting as a trustee, agent, or representative of a third party for gaming purposes;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 207pub, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order on the 207pub Platform or any PAGCOR-managed exclusion program;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

3.2 Registration Process

To register a 207pub account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You must notify 207pub promptly of any changes to your registered information. 207pub reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided at registration.

3.3 KYC Verification

207pub is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawals and in other circumstances determined by our compliance team. Acceptable identification documents include government-issued Philippine IDs such as PhilSys (National ID), Passport, UMID, SSS ID, Driver's License, and Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withheld withdrawals pending compliance clearance.

4 Account Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active 207pub account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 207pub reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the same individual, retain any bonus funds credited across those accounts, and withhold any winnings generated while bonus funds were active in duplicate accounts. Real-money balances may be refunded to the player's verified payment method at 207pub's discretion following investigation.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your 207pub account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 207pub strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number. 207pub will never request your password via email, chat, or SMS. Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately via the official support channel.

4.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. 207pub may apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances in accordance with its applicable fee schedule, provided that advance notice is given to the registered email address. Real-money balances will not be forfeited without due process and prior notification.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

207pub accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph (Interbank QR), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. 207pub does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 207pub wallet in real time upon transaction confirmation. Bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet are typically credited within two (2) hours on banking business days. 7-Eleven CLiQQ cash deposits are credited following confirmation from the retail payment network, typically within thirty (30) minutes during operational hours. All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay and PesoNet are processed within three (3) business hours on banking days. 207pub reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional verification is required for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance purposes. Any such delay will be communicated to you with an explanation.

5.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, and transactions on the 207pub Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for particular game variants. Where wagers are placed in a different currency for specific live dealer tables, the equivalent PHP conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, and reload incentives offered by 207pub are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility conditions published at the point of offer. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered in full before any real-money funds in your account become eligible for withdrawal.

6.2 Bonus Misuse

207pub reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or forfeit bonus credits and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus terms have been deliberately exploited. This includes but is not limited to: wagering only low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements, participating in bonus offers multiple times using different accounts, and systematically exploiting promotional structures across platforms through coordinated player activity.

6.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

207pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and commenced wagering, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will continue to apply to that player's existing bonus balance.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the 207pub Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible via the information or help panel within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics; these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or game interruption that results in the invalidation of a round or wager, 207pub reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. 207pub is not liable for any losses directly or indirectly caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Bet Acceptance and Final Results

All wagers are final once accepted by the Platform's servers. For live dealer games, the outcome of the physical dealing process as confirmed by the dealer on camera is the final result. For sports betting, the final result will be determined in accordance with 207pub's sports betting rules as published within the sportsbook section. Displayed odds at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that wager regardless of subsequent changes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 207pub Platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account or placing wagers if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way;
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating wagers to exploit game mechanics or promotional structures;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited without disclosing this to 207pub;
• Sharing your account with or allowing access by any third party, whether for financial consideration or otherwise;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at 207pub staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 207pub Platform — including but not limited to software, game logic, graphics, user interface design, trademarks, trade names, logos, promotional materials, and written content — is the proprietary property of 207pub or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as permitted by these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 207pub.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 207pub and its officers, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or emotional distress.

207pub's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single event or series of related events arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 207pub's liability for: (a) fraud or willful misconduct; (b) death or personal injury caused by 207pub's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

207pub provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 72-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits — Set maximum net loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Alerts — Set reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified continuous duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion — Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

11.2 Minor Protection

12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by 207pub

207pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk of harm to 207pub, other players, or third parties. Where an account is terminated for regulatory compliance reasons, 207pub will cooperate with PAGCOR and other Philippine authorities as required by law.

12.2 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, your license to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Any real-money balance in your account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with the reason for termination. Where termination results from a breach of these Terms, 207pub reserves the right to withhold all funds pending investigation. Where no breach is established, real-money balances will be returned to your last verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

12.3 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting 207pub's support team. Where account closure is requested in connection with responsible gaming concerns, the closure will be treated as a self-exclusion request and processed accordingly under Section 11 above.

13 Amendments to These Terms

207pub reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — 207pub will provide not less than fourteen (14) days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent in-platform notification prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

For non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a provision, or updates to contact information), 207pub may update the Terms without prior notice, provided the effective date is updated accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your recourse is to close your account prior to the effective date of the change.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms and all matters arising from or related to your use of the 207pub Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The PAGCOR regulatory framework and applicable Philippine gaming legislation are incorporated by reference as the overarching regulatory context within which these Terms operate.

14.2 Internal Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, claim, or complaint regarding any aspect of the 207pub Platform, you must first contact the 207pub support team and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter informally. 207pub commits to responding to all formal written complaints within five (5) business days and to resolving them within thirty (30) business days where reasonably practicable.

14.3 Formal Dispute Resolution

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through 207pub's internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution mechanism as the relevant regulatory authority. Any unresolved dispute may further be referred to the competent courts of the Philippines, with Metro Manila as the venue of jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Be alert to phishing attempts that impersonate 207pub communications — if you receive a suspicious message purporting to be from 207pub, do not click any links and report it via the official support channel immediately.
